Problem with transport

I released my request in se10. And when the basis guy tried to move to quality it is giving following error. what is the problem iam not understanding please help me.

You quality system thinks it was the original system of the object ZWS_MR_REKL.

The origine of the problem is maybe : your quality system is a copy of the developement system. And after this the basis team must modify origin for all the Z object.

Hi,

Take your request in transaction SE09 of your development server.

Double click on it.In the Properties tab make the Target System as Dummy System/your QA System.

I tried it but it is not allowing me to modify it. in my system the target system name is VSS(vertual system).

and it is showing repair status. Can u give me another answer .

Hi,

Check whether the form ZWS_MR_REKL already exist in QA system, and see if any application is depending on that.

ya it is there in quality and one subroutine pool programe(Zmmrp02) is linked with this that program is not there in quality but both are existed in our development.

Hi,

This means that Individual objects could not be transported successfully. Examples of this kind of import errors: Original object was not overwritten, Repaired object was not overwritten

This means that ZWS_MR_REKL was not overwritten in the QA System may be due to some mismatches.

So you may ask your BASIS to revert it. You may check your request in se09 for all extended checks. Then try transporting again.

Hi can you just post the long text with the error code 008 you get in log.

Hope you are not transporting any TMG data.

What are the objects included in that request? This error can occur if data is transported where as the structure in the taget system is differernt. Pls check that also.

Hi,

Go to transaction SE03 of QA system. There is an option Display Repaired Objects. Check if ZWS_MR_REKL is there in the list.

If so place the cursor on it. Then click Repair Flag. It will ask whether to reset the flag. Click 'Yes'. So next time transport the error will not come.

But before doing this ensure that the object ZWS_MR_REKL has no dependent objects in QA System. Also seek advice from your BASIS guy for this. He will guide you.
