problem with SSO-ticket ?!?

hi there,

i have a strange behaviour in our portal: we have about 1200 users there and with ONE user i get a error when logging in:

"Es wurde ein abgelaufenes SSO-Ticket empfangen (Gültigkeitsdauer)"

Sorry, but we have an german language system, i only get the message in german.

when looking to SM50 in backend i get the following error in trace:

N *** ERROR => HMskiCheckValidity failed.

N *** ERROR => dy_signi_ext: ticket contained empty 'ABAP userID' -> logon fails! [sign.c 10389]

i have absolutly no idea what that means. i only have this one user with that error.

Hello,

the error means

" A run off(A expired) SSO ticket was received (period of validity) ".

if usefull reward the points..

i know what the translation is ! i am perfect in german and english language ! i want to know WHY this error appears !

May be a chance that user id might be expired.

i checked user-id ............. it is not expired in backend system, it is valid

well, i can't find any solution for my problem in this link. there is only a explanation how SSO is working.
