Hi,
I am using he payment advice generation program names above but i am using a custom developed form , now insted of creating one form for a given bank account it is creating 2 forms , can any one help me in this one ..

Hi Kunal,
Check to see if 'number of sample printouts' field in the selection-screen is zero. If not make it to zero and generate the ACH. Please let me know if this is the issue!
