Hello Experts,
I have some problem related to Idocs. Due to some problem idocs were not generated for the application data. I need to find out the data for which Idocs were not generated.
In addition to this, i am just aware of the Distribution model, so i dont have idea from which table the data was s,elected, so that i can compare the data and find out for which data idoc was not generated.
Can you help me to find out the data for which the idocs were not generated based on the distribution module.

Hi,
At least mention the name of your outbound idoc and procedure used to send it. Only then you can get some fruitful answers.

Hi ,
Actually the data was sent in a lot. A complete model in BD64 was sent at once.
So for all the related Master data and Transaction data the idoc was generated.
Now my issue is, for the master data port, i can find the data for which the idoc was not generated, but for the the transaction data port i am not able to find out the data for which the idoc was not generated.
Let me know if you need more clarifications.
Thanks
Krunal.

HI,
From BD64 u cannot find anything..
What u need to do the if idocs are generated u can view them in WE02/WE05 tcode....with the status...Specify the logical message and see the idocs....
if the idoc status is '03' means idoc is transfered to port ->Outbound is OK.
Now in the inbound side u can use same logical message and see the idocs....
if u expand the data record of idoc u can vew the data....
Hope it helps.

Hello,
A few questions for you )
1. How did you realise that idocs were not generated?
2. What is the reason you think that the idocs were not generated?
3. Did you check if there are any filters for the messages defined in BD64?
Plz revert back.

Hi Suhas,
Actually we were able to find out for the master data, for which data the idoc was not generated by comparing in the production system.
Similarly for transaction data within the node in the BD64 Transaction, i was not able to find out the data for which the idoc was not created. I mean to say i want to know for the message type which data(delivery, goods issue..), the idoc was not generated.
The reason behind this was when the functional people tried to change the Plant and transport it to other system, the whole not in the BD64 transaction was transported. So for the particular message type and partner whole of the message type within the node got transported.
Please revert back if you need more clarifications.

Hi Krunal,
Are you sure that the IDOC was not generated or whether the IDOCs were generated but with errors. Please check WE02 transaction for your message type & check the status of IDOCs. If they are into errors, check the log to rectify it.
Thanks,
Best regards,
