problem with MS word editor

Dear all,

normally our users maintain the long text with microsoft word editor, because they can use the formatting options to prepare the text, for example using tab or bold font and so on. The problem is, the text will not be displayed on the print out as the maintained. Especially the tab is not working. It will be displayed right, if they use the other (standard) editor to maintain the long text.

Any idea about this problem or knows what to do?

Thanks + regards

Hi Andreas,

Is this text displayed in the required format in Spool before giving printout.

If its not displaying then check with the output device(with BASIS team). to which you can see the required output even in spool as well.

If this appears in spool then it should print as it is present in the spool.

Thanks in Advance.

Regards,

Rajesh
