problem with MB1C MAP value with accounting document .....

Dear all ,

we are facing some issue with MAP price for FERT material while doing MB1C ... the account document is getting filled with MBEW-VERNR value. we want to restrict that and the MAP value should be ZERO for FERT materials. checked with INCLUDE MM07MFP0_PICKUP_AUSFUEHREN, here we the amount is not getting updated.

Please suggest me how can i do this.

first of all there is no field MBEW-VERNR

You probably talk about MBEW-VERPR which is the moving average price.

But what has all this to do with ABAP? The valuation of movement is following certain rules, don't you have a MM consultant around, who should know those details.

thanks for reply ,

He is very new to SAP , so he couldn't able to help me out. i just want to understand , when you did MB1C , the accounting document will get generate ...so in that document amount will get filled ...so where that amount is getting is getting updated.... please suggest if any.....!

MB1C is goods receipt others, the movement types that can be used  will get its valuation from the material master, except the value is overwritten by a user, precondition the field is opened for manual entry. And which price is taken is depending on the price control in the material master. And if a material is at all valuated is depending on the setup of material types and the plants specific quantity and value control.

For all FERT materials, We want to add quantity through movement type 521(stock without order) but MAP should not get updated with this movement type.

Please suggest us way out for the above mentioned issue.

Then you either  should have made your material type non-valuated or you have to have a zero as price in the material master.

or you need to use the only other movement type supporting zero value: 511
