Hi All,
We are using MATMAS05 Idoc. Our system is on kernel version 701.
In the transaction WE60 for MATMAS05, i see that we have segments like E2MARA1002, E2MARCM0005.
But, when as Idoc is triggered, i see the segments E2MARA1001 & E2MARCM0004 in the IDoc.
Why are older versions of these segments being used instead of new versions?
Is there any place I can configure this?
Thanks in advance,
Chandra

Hi,
That means your Documentation was updated as per the latest patch but not the actual IDoc definition.
check in WE31 for E1MARA1 and E1MARCM segement releases.
whatever be the current release of segement definition that will be picked up at runtime.
if you can see E2MARA1002, E2MARCM0005 in the respective segement definition set the release to the latest segment version.

Note that one place where you control the used segment release is in the outbound partner profile (WE20 - check fields maintained in box IDoc Type). A release of 700 maintained in your outbound partner profile would explain the two segment versions quoted (e1mara1 und e1marcm)...

Hi,
In Idoc Type box, I have BAsic type & Extension. They take me to WE30 transaction.
In WE30 I can see that the new segments are released. But, one the IDOC is generated, they dont appear in it.
So, how can I make sure tha the latest versions of segments appear in the IDOC?
Thanks
Chandra
