Problem with grey colored text in Smartforms

Hi

I have some texts in a smartforms that should come in 'grey' color when printed. The current problem is that they are coming in 'black' when the exact SAP printer name (like dkprt00754) is given as the OutputDevice. However, they are appearing correctly in 'Grey' if I use 'Local printer on pc' as OutputDevice. In both the cases it is coming okay (in grey) on screen. Probably it has something to do with the way the printers are set up in SAP but I am not sure if I have something else to do on my side.

This is a printer configuration problem.

Check with BASIS team.

Even I am having the same problem as mentioned above. Could you please tell me what should be done by BASIS ppl.

The "solution" is to re-activate the table

in the smartforms.

I think it's a bug in the smartforms editor.

If you select the "pattern" again and re-activate

the form, normally the problem it's over.
