Problem with FTP data transfer to SAP

Hello everyone! I Hope you all fine. I have a requirement to correct an FTP data transfer to SAP. The problems is that when I execute the FM's FTP Connect, then FTP Command and FTP Disconnect, it gets the file from the FTP , but when I debug the program and see the content of the internal table, the content doesn't looks at the same as the original text file in the FTP server. Does anyone know how how to copy and paste the file into the /TMP/ directory in SAP Application Server?? instead of writing the data into the internal table using the FM. Because it is giving me problems when I try to process the data in the internal table, 'cause it's overlaping the records. I hope you guys could help me, and I''ll really appreciate it. Upload the file in UNIX file server using T code CG3Z and opent the file in your code.
