problem with freely assign function key

i want to create my own function key..like for copy lines i need CtrlC and for Delete button i need CtrlX .any idea??

in menu painter there are limited function keys .how can i create my own??

It's very probably not possible. The only solution is to create your own activex control (that's not screen technology anymore)
