Problem With Decimal Notiation

we are sending idocs from ECC to TIBCO(Middleware),idocs has material charactertic values.whcih are fetching with Function module 's VC_I_GET_CONFIGURATION and VB_BATCH_VALUES_FOR_OUTPUT.

the notation is populating with comma instead of Dot.

we are using Custom messege type and custom idoc type .

a) standard messege type and idoc type :

in this case decimal notation is depends up on user profile.

b) i have checked in OY01 (country parameters)

c) we are not using RFC for connection - instead of the we are using Adapter in middeleware(tibco)

Please help me in fixing this issue

Here my question is

Decimal notation is depends up on user profile in case of standard message type and std idoc type.

But we are using customized msg type and idoc type , now i want to know on which basis system will update the Decimal notation in idoc
