Problem with changing Language

Hi all,

I am having a problem with the language of the error messages that I get in case of any problems with tables in the dictionary. The error message and the codes are displayed in German.

Please let me know how can I change this to English.

Another issue while referencing a SAP provided domain is that it asks to change the original language to original language.(original language: German, Login language : English).

Please help with this.

Hi Akhil,

I believe you are directly trying to activate and getting errors.

Yes, I guess here is a loop hole...

First try syntax check, fix all the errors and then activate.

When you do syntax check (consistancy check) system gives error messages in English only.

Thanks for your reply.

I did activate it and check everything first. The warnings, if generated are also appearing in German. This does not happen with SE11 transaction. So, I am wondering if there an explicit option to change the language.

First check the language you chose during logon.
