Problem with call transaction

Hi experts,
I have a problem with a call transaction 'PA40' with options. My user, don´t have personal check active in pa40 and the report work fine, but if i put check active the transaction go to pa40 and when i puss execute return to selection screen.
Does anybody know the reason?
