Problem with background processing

Hi experts,

I have a porgram. It is using a variant which has tvarv values. If I run the program as a job with variant it runs perfectly, but when I choose the variant in se 38, then run it in background from se38, it doesn't give me the right result. Does anybody have idea what could be the problem?
