problem while BDC recording

I am recording a transaction XK01 through SHDB for BDC, where some of the fields are disabled. However if I simply execute XK01, the required fields are enabled, and I am able to enter the data in those fields.

How do I enable those fields while recording the transaction

There are no enhancements, fields like search term1/2

I went to tcode OBD3, and enabled the fields from there

Hope you can help, when I do a BDC search term 2 is not in the recording but visible in the normal XK01 tcode?

You said you used OBD3, but need sme poinetrs here please?
