Problem Smartstyles in Smartforms

Hi masters please help, I dont Know why i can not see the Smartstyle in the Smartform, as you can see in the next images I have set the style in fine form. Please Help, im using SAP GUI 740 and Office 2016:

The problem is that i can not see the styles that i have created with the tx SMARTSTYLES in the SMARTFORM

Try changing Form Attributes > Output Options > Style. And also, not sure if 2016 version of office is supported by your current version of SAP.

Hi,

assign your SMARTSTYLE in STYLE field of form attributes.

Refer the given screen shot.

if it doesn't work i.e if you can't see the paragraph and character format in office editor, change the editor and assign the character and paragraph format manually.

Hi Chintu i already have the style in the attributes but nothing happen, i can not see the styles

Yes i have tried changing the editor, but in the text editor i can not find the smartstyle.

Hi,

In the text editor the smartstyle will be available in Output Option tab in Text Node with name Style.

If it is blank and if your Text Node is under Template (which is in your case) than it will be available in the Output Option in Template with name Style.

If it is also blank than it is picking from the Form Attribute under Global Setitng of the Smartform.

Please check all the mention point in the Smartforms.

You can define your style at any of the above specified point in the Smartforms.

Hi David,

MS Word editor will not display the smartstyle. You can change the editor setting from using I18N.

   Transaction I18N -> I18N  Customizing -> MSWord as Editor. If it is tick for smartform, than uncheck it.

Hi i tried, but when i go to the tx I18N, appear this message "MS WORD is the standar editor see SAP NOTE 742662". My problem is that i have Office 365 2016, i think that maybe SAP in this moment has problems with this version, but i dont find any SAP Nota that help me to fix the problem

try after implementing SAP Note  2237407 for your office 365 2016.
