Problem report RSLTMOD

Hello Experts,

I have a problem when i execute the program RSLTMOD. It brings me specifics objects (For example some Program Z*, some message in a specific class Z, etc).

Why? normally, it should not. It should bring just SAP objects that customer changed their translations. I am wrong?
