Problem in save data in local file.

Hi,

I developed on alv report. This report contains 49 column in the output. When i execute this report the output come properly in the output screen. Problem is that when i saved this output into excel sheet ,till 47th column is saved properly, but the 48th and 49th column data came into next line. I could not understand why it is came into next line, Plz help me how i resolve this problem. i am using 2003 excel and Gui is 7.00.

This problem is not with any coding you have done . Request you to Please check your GUI level or Microsoft Word Version .

Hi Subh,

Is it possible theres some special characters in column 47, that breaks the display when Excel opens it.

Its probably a long shot.

If all else fails you could do the usual GUI_DOWNLOAD.

Hi,

Chek the Excel settings.

One more thing u can chek ,while downloading check the number of columns i.e fields selected.

there is no issue with ur coading.

hi,

when i export this output and when i open this exported file in the excel sheet , it shows all the 49 the column properly.why it is not saved correctly in spreadsheet.
