problem in page format in sapscript

i have to create a new page format of 231 mm width and

300 height . i have created in spad the same. but the

printing is happening only till 210 mm width only.and height wise also it is not comming properly.

friends can u help me in this matter.

if anybody knows kindly send the solution step by step to my mail id

Hi,

Check in the basic settings of your form.

There in page set up u need to give the page format.

land scape / potrait.<<<----check.

check page format-->page sizes.

Hi sreejith

As said by Deepak , check the page settings. Go to “form change header” -> “basic settings" -> "page format" field . Usually it is set to default page setting. Press f4 and you will have all the available page settings. DINA3 portrait may suit your requirement, at the same time check if your printer can support.

dina3 will support in the terms of length but in the case of of height dina3 wont help dina3 is having more height than what i want . if i choose dina3 it will go to the next page of the preprinted formats.

Use transaction SE71> enter script name> Header> Basic settings>page format and page orientation.

Hi sreejith,

1. I hope u have also considered/taken care of

the Left Margin and Upper Margin values.

2. This problem was also faced by us.

What was done, the basis team

re-installed the printer with

some other driver on the server,

and by using this new printer,

the print out was coming perfectly fine !

Also contact ur basis team.

They shall help u in such case.
