Problem in ME23N

Hi,

I'm creating the new PO ,at the item level I'm having 'Material PO text'.When i'm sending it in pdf format via mail,every thing(material Po text,..) is coming fine.

The problem is when I'm changing the PO quantity and sending the same PO to mail choosing the option 'SEND WHEN SAVE',I'm not getting the PO text.

Even when I press SAVE after changing the PO Quantity ,the text is not appearing i the item level texts.But when i come out of the transaction and reopen the same PO it is appearing.

Why it is not coming when i press SAVE or when i choose 'SEND WHEN SAVE' option ,can anybody help me in this regard.

Hi Sastry,

Sending a mail requires explict COMMIT WORK. So there might be chance that the COMMIT WORK is not getting triggered.

Yes Sastry,

this is SAP issue. just search if you can find any SAP note for the same.

hae you coded to send the mail or you using the standard functionality.

Hi Atish,

I'm using the standard functionality only for sending the mail. I hadn't written any code.

As an abaper can we do any thing on that?
