hi error in lsmw step

up to Display Read Data no error

this below error is coming please help me

The following syntax error occurred in the program

/1CADMC/SAP_LSMW_CONV_00000146 :

"For type "C", a maximum length specification of 65535 is allowed

Error in ABAP application program.

The current ABAP program "/SAPDMC/SAPLLSMW_OBJ_070" had to be ter

because one of the

statements could not be executed.

This is probably due to an error in the ABAP program.

Two Possibilities If i remember corectly,

1) try to reduce the size of the conversion file by double clicking on it in assign files step.

2) check in your file that the last field has no space..after it has been writen...i.e when u place ur cursor at the last field and hit END key on ur key board u should not be able to select any blank space at the end of the record.

In the display read data step itself u will see that there is a problem with some field..can u re check if you have given the feilds lengths..correctly..also what is the file format tab delimiter or FLV..did u check the right type while uploading...??
