Problem in getting specification, spec type, spec description

Hi Experts,

In My requirement : Input is Material number & Specification number

Output: Material number, Matl Description, Status,Specification Number, Spec descrption, Spec type

i) I should get Output , if i give only Material number as input

ii)I should get Output ,if i give only Specification number as input

iii)I should get Output ,if i give both Material number & Spec number as input in the above 1stand 3rd im getting proper output, but in 2nd scenario im not getting proper output(im getting entire mara table data , but i want only the specific record when i enter that record ) where im missing the condition/logic in 2nd scenario please suggest.
