Problem in Export to Spreadsheet

Hi Experts,

Am executing an ABAP backend report from portal. Here am trying to download the contents into a spreadsheet by following the below path.

Menu->List->Export->Spreadsheet

After clicking on the spreadsheet, am getting a popup to select the required format. Once I choose the required format from drop down, am clicking on the ok tick mark and then my portal is not at all responding. Just it's been idle for a long time without any response. Why is it so happens???

I have checked for some notes but doesn't helps me out. Please help me by giving some inputs. Am working on the below versions.

SAP EP7.0

Installed Java 8 Update 45

Installed Java SE Development Kit(64 bit)

Am i need to install any  more things???

Hi Ram,

Can you please add screen shot of the option you have selected to download data into spread sheet?

It help's to analyze further.

Please find the screen shot below. It's not working for any of the format on clicking on the tick mark.(working in IE11)
