problem in Editable ALV grid

Hi,

I want to create an editable ALV grid using Function modules where users have option to edit the displayed values. I am not using class for creating ALV and I am using 4.6c version.

Later on how to read these changed values back to internal table. Does any one know how to do this, then plz reply.

For Editable ALV ,U have to set EDIT = 'X' while fieldcatalog table building.

Ex.

w_field1-row_pos = 1.

w_field1-fieldname = 'WERKS' .

w_field1-tabname = 'I_MARD'.

w_field1-edit = 'X'.

w_field1-seltext_m = 'Plant'.

APPEND w_field1 TO i_field1.

CLEAR w_field1.

<b>2</b>.

Change the the value and SAve.

<b>3</b>.

For Testing After Calling FM REUSE_ALV_GRID_DISPLAY

Loop ur internal table and check chabges are reflected or not .

ex.

Loop at i_mard.

write 😕 i_mard-WERKS,i_mard-matnr.

endloop.

U can see the result once u press bacl button.
