problem in delivery for salesoder

hi,

can u pls help me . i am getting error while delivery the items

ErrorLog:0000009000 000000 Copying is not poss.because an entry is missing in the table TVCPL :TA LR

0000009000 000000 order is incomplete - maintain the order

Hi

  Looks to me like the sales order is incomplete. Go to 
Transaction VA02, Edit->Incomplete Log. Complete the 
details and then try to create the delivery.

  See if the problem still persist.

Hi

Goto VA02,

Change the <b>Delivery block</b> option in the <b>Sales</b> Tab.

or remove the entries in the <b>Delivery block</b> option.

<b>Save</b> the Sales order.

Now, try creating a delivery.

Hi

  You can do this way:
  1. Goto transaction: VKM3
  2. Enter the sales document.
  3. Execute.
  4. Select the document and click on release block on
     the application tool bar.
  5. Save.
  6. Come back and i guess you should be able to create
     the delivery.

Hi,

Check the delivery date in the Sales order - VA02.

If it is in the past, make it to current date.

Hi Guru

  Check the schedule lines of the items, if there is 
unconfirmed quantity. Try adding the stock using 
transaction MB1C movement type 511, storage location and
 plant from sales order.

  Then go to VA02, select the items and use menu path 
Edit->check availability. If the stock comes then i 
guess you should be able to create the delivery. If the 
block problem appears again, do the earlier steps 
releasing the sales order from VKM3.

Hi Guru

  Have never tried creating delivery through FM's. Try 
using FM's: RV_DELIVERY_CREATE & FM: 
RV_DELIVERY_CREATE_SINGLE if you can manange to create 
the delivery by passing the parameters from sales order.

Hi Guru,

The problem is the sales order is not complete.Goto the incompletion log in the sales order and complete the order with info required.
