Problem in Custom InfoType Creation

Hi All

I have Gone to PM01.  And Entered a 4 Digit Custom Infotype Number 9959 .

After Defining , Creating and Activating its PS Structure .

When I Pressed Generate Objects Button .

It is Giving me Error " An Internal Error has Occured "  MESSAGE NO. PG293
