Problem in change Pointer

hi friends ..

I am using change pointer for message type matmas and I want change the material description of material.

I followed some steps for activate change pointer ..

1..BD61 (Activate Change Pointers-Generally)

2..Transaction BD50 (Activate Change Pointers for Message Type)

    like click on MATMAS

3.. Transaction BD52 (Activ. Change Pointer per chng doc it):

    like

    table  EMAKT

    Field  MAKTX

after that I opened tcode MM02 in client  800 and change the material description of material number '1000'.

then I opened tcode SE38 and execute the program RBDMIDOC  for message type MATMAS.

but  problem is that its sent all material data(number) for message type MATMAS, but i want sent only one material number and change in it.

how to change the data of only one material in change pointer ?
