problem in ALV , dump is coming while taking data into excel

i am getting dump when ever i am trying to download data into excel sheet .

i dony why,

pls suggest me

what can be the cause of it

i am passing internal table, fieldcatalog , report name and I_save ='A' in reuse_alv_grid_display.

I am sure the problem is from the fieldcatalog population.do you have any Quantity and Currency fields in your output.

show me your fieldcatalog population...?

Hi,

What is the DUMP you are getting ? is it GETWA_NOT_ASSIGNED ? If so please check the Field catalog.

If that is dump you are getting then please paste the Field catalog code.

use "DATATYPE" field while creating fieldcatalog. if you passing any data which have data type 'P' then pass DATATYPE = 'DEC' into fieldcatalog.
