Problem in Agent assignment using rule - after transporting to another box

Hi Friends

I'm using Role in Agent assignment for custom workflow. This is working in Development box but not working in Quality Box, But in WF template Agent assignment is maintained as general task in Quality box, User also having that role, still workitem is not going to any user, when same is working in Development box. Can you please tell me what could be the reason.
