Problem about Authorization

Hello friends,

I used an authorization template to create a role for DataModeler. It seemed everything OK.

However, I could not activate the InfoSouce with this role wenn I assigned a DataSource to it.

the message is:

"Structure /BIC/B0014178000 in the Dictionary could not be activated."

"You do not have permission to create table /BIC/B0014177000"

Who can help me?

do the following;

1.Please exeute the tcode SU53 and post the top two lines here.

In all probablity, its that you dont have the authorization. From SU53 Screeen shot we can find out which object you are lacking,onc ethis object isadded, do an user compare you should be don ewith !
