We would like to print the first page on tray 1 and all other pages using tray 2.

How do you select trays?

I've the same problem on a Ricoh printer.

I should use the Ricoh Aficio BP20n with normal paper for printing and with the second tray for labels (105mmx210mm A4/2).

We tried to make at the windows side two types of printers, and it still works in windows. one for the standard tray and one for the second tray.

But when i Print from sap, it will not work anytime. It always uses the second tray if there is paper.

Maybe it is possible to use printcontrols. But if a printer brokes down, wa cannot switch easily to an another printer. so we also don't want to code and test own Z-Devices.

have you any ideas.

maybe our ricoh agent send me in the next days some HowTo to make it work, how i like it.
