Hi Paresh,

Do like this..

  • Hi you have been selected for the job

/: If variable is not initial

/: &variable& " lets say Variable has more than 120 chars

/: endif

  • text....

/: &page_No&

For your case when you have some hardcoded text and normal text you need to follow like this, then you can save the line (space) when you have less no of line in output.

But you need to define the page no, in the same window not in a separate window,

use tabspcae and alignment in paragraph format to print your page no in the right place,

Thanks & regards,

Hi Paresh,

= Extended Line

= is a continuation line, means it will be in the continue format, whether it is of 2 line or 10 line or 100 lines,, it will be in

the continuation, and when ever you need to change paragraph, change to paragraph (* default)

& the best example is check any sap standard form like, MEDRUCK,

you can see nearly 100 para's there and when you see print preview you will get minimum 15 pages...

But when you print preview from ME23n.. you will get only as the data available... (same like your case).

Thanks & Regards,

Hi,

1. In print preview i am getting allignment perfectly but while printing i am not geting alignment as it is in printpreview , in paragraph format i have given alignment as BLOCK.

For This case you need to ask BASIS to install exact driver for the printer you are using.

2. i am getting alignment from left side perfectly but not from right side

For this case you need to play around with Pragraph formats like using a paragraph formate with

center allignment.

3. I have created a window for the page no. at the bottom but my requirement is that i want page number when the last paragraph ends.

for this just take a print, find the length of the page it ends give Upper margin in CMS.
