Printing Images

Hi,

I got a problem while Printing Images using smartforms. When iam Printing using my locl Printer it is working fine. But when printing using Network Printer (Client Place) Image Page is Blacked out and it is showing correctly in Print Preview.

When I try to Print Image using SE78 it works fine on Both locl and Network Printer. Iam not able to find out what is the problem .

Could you Please help to solve this Issue

Hi

Under general attributes of graphics just check if its bmon or bcol. also try to delete the graphic and recreate it and check.

also try changing the resolution DPI.

Under output options tab check for saturation, make it 0%.

Thanks for your Quick response.

I have specified Saturation as 100% under Output options Tab of Graphics node. Is this is the Problem. If so, how it is working for locl? Could you please explain

Hi,

This is printer issue,you should discuss this issue with basis people.Some printer's does not support your form font,so printer need to configured to support your form font.You may also try to use different font style.

Hi Kishore?

How did you solve this? I also have problems with logos in smartforms. Has better resolution when printing to LOCL and when printing to SAP printer, the resolution is bad.
