hi,

if you r printing the script on printer you have to set the print mode as 'D' in pages...then it is possible ...

if it is the smatform goto the pages --->output options --->print mode should be 'D'.

duplex is optional, not standard outfit with this printer model and type. ensure your printer is duplex-enabled.

Hi Mylene,

I use shared printer from SAP. Either SAP or windows side default setting is dublex.
