Hi Abapers ,

I have  an issue where when I am  printing a particaular sales order data through  aZreport in SAP then I am getting my report output correctly. But if the print for the same is givem by my user in a different continent , then a few column data are getting truncated . Can you explain why?

Did you check actual print parameters (can be found easily if executed in a background, else check spool attributes)

If LOCL was used, then the print drivers can change...

Start with basic attributes like LAYOUT, LINE WIDTH etc. Also remember LAYOUT behavior will be influenced by actual printer and drivers.

Is it an ALV?  Each person can have a different default in ALV.

Seems it is a local printer issue because your default setting via SU3 will be same irrespective of all continents.

Check your printer setting of your printer and printer setting of another printer?
