Printer is not coming

Hi,

I can see the print preview of a script in my z-transaction.but while selecting the print option ,the printer is not working..please give some idea how to add the printer

Hi,

To configure a printer in SAP, you have to take help of BASIS person.

You can define printer in transaction SPAD, here click on "Output devices" button and then click on "Create" button or "Create using template" button and configure the new output device.

No need to worry about it tell to BASIS consultant for installation of printer .

Try to get the F4 help to search for teh avilable printer at print popup screen (Output device).

If nothing is coming, you can try with creating a new output device.

hi,

First it should be defined in STAD transaction.

Then in SU01 transaction under defaults tab give your output device

and check output immediately option.

This will solve your problem.
