Can anyone let me know with what device type in SAP the xerox 3124 printer runs, I am running out of device type options and the printer does not behave.

Any help is highly appreciated.

Search for "xerox"

You will find Note "8928 - List of supported printers/device types". In this note there are all the Xerox printers listed, that are supported and their alternatives. Additionally there´s a note linked for special supported Xerox printers.

Go to SPAD--- Add a new printer( choose appropriate driver) and printer type Front end....

USe transaction code- Spad...

click on output device and then configure according to your setup.

Thanks, I have tried that and as a last option I have come to the forum as a last option.
