Print Issue

Dear Folks,

When I give sales order print(VA03) in Print preview mode , The print is coming properly. But when I give print directly without seeing print preview. The print is not coming properly(Footer text is not coming fully). I am taking the print in Same printer . I dont know what will be issues.

Kindly help to solve this issue.

Hi,

Temporary solution is

type pdf! in sap command field when you are viewing print preview.

PDF popup will open from which you can take print.

Thanks for your reply. I know it will work. My issue is without seeing the print preview, user is giving the print directly. In that case only its not working properly.

Hi,

this because of mismatch between your printer setting and sap settings,

to avoid this problem,

move the footer up so that you can see it in print also...

Check the device type & other printer settings in SPAD, for printers used in preview vs actual print. If they are different, then the output also will be different.
