Print immediately is not working, printouts are waiting at spool.

How can I trigger this?

Hi,

in your user settings (SU01),

there is a parameter on one of the tabs, which says 'Print immediately'.

Try to set this indicator (checkbox) and see what happens.

is it Script or smartform. Did you set the Option Print Immediately in the Print parameter settings.

Hi Deniz,

1. There is a setting in user profile which either the basis team

can do or a user can by himself/herself.

2. System->User Profile>Own Data

In that select the 'Defaults' Tab

Check the checkbox for 'Output Immediately'

Enter transaction SP01enter User ID for which print is not coming.press execute now spool list against that user id will be displayed there.If print out is not hit at first attemp, then the spool will be show an ERROR status else it will show COMPLETE status.just click on ERROR to know what is the error in printing.

Hi Deniz,

Check in the properties of the print pop-up, if the correction option is set for time of printing.

Also it is better if 'Print immediately' is opted as default in these property settings. Some times I also encountered this issue.
