PRINT FORMAT issue

Hi ALL,

We have recently upgraded to ECC 6.0.

We are facing an issue with the print format. In the BG job, we have set the page format as 'X_65_132', but when it is creating the spool it is changing the format to X_65_255.

Please give your valuable suggestions on what could be the reason for this?

most probably this is an unicode issue.

my above statement is crap. it should be the printer setting which make this happen.

Hi Naveena,

Check out the page layout size of the printer setting. Set it to a desired one.

I remember there is a Oss note to extend the spool length.... search SCN for Note number...
