Print a sapscript with two different printers

Hi all.

I need to print a sapscript with two different printers. When I print it, one printer writes it right, but the other writes the foot page wrong, it is shown wrong.

The foot page is defined in the sapscript with a character format COURIER 6,0. I have created in transaction SE73 a record with COURIER 6,0 for two printers, but it doesn't work.

Could you help me?

Hi Marta,

SInce one printer is printing correclty, the issue might be in the printer settings, check with Basis team wether printer settings are maintained correctly.

Hi Marta,

Please check your setting in SPAD tcode. Check it against the printer in which it is already working.

Also if this is also same than as Arulmani mentioned you can contact with your basis person to check printer setting.
