We have a requirement where we are populating three ZFIELDS in MARC table using BAPI “BAPI_MATERIAL_SAVEDATA”. This we are achieving by populating the above mentioned fields in EXTENSIONIN.

But when coming to change we are not able to change the same three fields.

For change also we are using the same BAPI(BAPI_MATERIAL_SAVEDATA). If any one know how to change these fields please let me know. while creation it is working fine but coming to Change it is not happening.

Any help in this regard would be highly appreciated.

Hi Nikhil,

YOu need to pass the EXTENSIONINX structure as well whne you are changing the material, to tell that so and so field is being modified.
