Pop up message window

Hi all,

Some users from SAP cannot read the text from error/info pop up windows. ( I am talking about pop up windows that appear when they generate an error while posting something in SAP)

This windows appear blank with no text.

Do you have idea which could be the reaons for this?

Standard SAP transaction or custom?

multiple transactions or just one?

It is a standard transaction.

Actually this is generally valid for every pop up window for this user.

Check that the user has the current version and patch level of SAPGUI.

You can check for the GUI Patch Level as Rob has Suggested, i think the Latest Patch Level is 14

You can consult more about Patch Level with your BASIS Guy
