PO Release strategy problem

Hello Gurus,

Is there any way that I created a release strategies for PO with the following range of values:

Release Group Rel Strat Value Description

PO P1 <50k For Materials Mangr

PO P2 >50k - 100K For Oper. Mangr.

How come the PO I created amounting to 200.00 PHP was not subject to a release strategy?
