PO error

Hello friends,

The user just created a PO from the requision and get the PO number. However when he goes and looks at ME23N It says PO does not exist. He did it 4 times and has 4 PO numbers and they dont exist in ME23n nor in EKPO table.

What could be the reason for this and what needs to be done to see what has happened.

I have checked SM13 to see any update failures but I done see any.

Any suggestions.

No BADIS or nothing...No TS have been moved at all today. he was able to do it this morning but from Today Noon he is not able to.

However,

Everytime this happens He receives a email in his SAP Ibox. and the error message in the email is -

Error info ...XS 826 : Cannot process Message, No route from "ZUSERNAME" -> Use name thr.

Any Idea,

Check the long text for the message. It may be some sort of Basis problem.

And see note 595553.

Hi,

I guess the PO is getting created using a Workflow. Please check the events in SWEL.

Also check the function module PUR_ORDER_CREATE_VIA_SD_EVENT.

Thanks Rob and Jideep.

It is related to the fax u2013 the primary node was taken out of service so sapconnect could failover to the backup node u2013 Error in FM - SX_NODE_ID_DETERMINE

I put the primary back in service and now it works good.

However

But u2013 I would think there is something not right about this picture that it is trying to process the output before the PO is written to the db.

ANy further suggestions why this error does not create a record in the EKKO table.

I think it should.
