Hi All,

please tell me using this function module CSAP_MAT_BOM_MAINTAIN can i create a BOM from the source sytem data in to SAP? . will this function module help to create the new BOM materials with the objcet dependency code for the related components of the respective BOM material?. Please help me this very urgent.

hi,

Use : CS_BI_BOM_CREATE_BATCH_INPUT1 To Create a new BOM or New Alt. BOM.

Use : CS_BC_BOM_CHANGE_BATCH_INPUT to maintain the BOM.

the Fun Module CSAP_MAT_BOM_MAINTAIN . i haved tryed using this FM CS_BI_BOM_CREATE_BATCH_INPUT1 of the direct program RCSBI010 .but my requirementr is to create the object dependency for the components of the BOM materials in CS01.

can you tell me is it not possible to create with teh FM CSAP_MAT_BOM_MAINTAIN . i haved tryed using this FM CS_BI_BOM_CREATE_BATCH_INPUT1 of teh direct program RCSBI010 .but my requirementr is to craete the object dependency for the components of teh BOM materials in CS01.

and the problem is for few of the Material BOM' (which is having the classification view in the Material master MM01) the Od indicator will be displayed in the seventh colun of the bom general item overview screen. i have to check that OD indicator check box (field KZBEZ) for the list of the components created under the BOM material.

while setting this OD indicator we need to put the object dependency code (u can see this code option ---go to editor from the menu EXTRAS-OBJECT DEPENDENCY-EDITOR ).

Please let me know will this process can be done while creating a BOM through the direct program or is tehre any method to do this.
