Planned order conversion in APO

Hi,

Iam in SCM 5.0 version (APO). Iam creating "Z" enhancement to convert planned order to production order. Is there any BAPI / function module available for this ? Also while converting, I need to change the planned order quantity & then convert it into production order.

Any input will be helpfull.
