PF STATUS Problem

Dear all

please any body tell me how can i disable the application tool bar button(manu painter)through program .

set pf-status 'MMM' excluding 'V_SYUCOMM'.BY Doing this i can do but the probem is it is not visible in applicatio tool bar.

I want it should be visible and grayed out.
