Hi experts,

Can I have a crystal clear concept of personalisation and customisation.

What they basically meant for ?

Can I have some real time examples .

Personalization.

Lets take a user creation in SU01. In this the user is given authorization to personalize his screen so that it is easy for him/her to use. This is done by the user.

Customization.

Lets take the same example SU01. In this the user needs to work only in one transaction say VA01. For this the basis people customize his/her screen so that can work only in VA01 and not in any other screen.This cannot be done by the user.
