perform in smartforms

Hi can anybody describe how to use perform in smartforms?.

Hi peak,

it's very simple. In the global definition you can see ROUTINES FORM tab. Put here your form and it will be visible in your smartform simply calling it with perform statement.

In the global definitions of the smart form:

click at the initialization tab.

Write like:

PERFORM

SUBROUTINE_NAME(REPORT_NAME_WHERE_THIS_SUBROUTINE_IS_THERE).

If some tables are used,write:

PERFORM

SUBROUTINE_NAME(REPORT_NAME_WHERE_THIS_SUBROUTINE_IS_THERE)

TABLES ITAB1 ITAB2...

This is the dynamic calling of the subroutines in smartforms.
